The Birth of Little Alpaca
We asked other parents, did our research and went right to the makers of the best
diapers. Needless to say, we learned a lot!
At some point, we thought: If we are struggling to find a great diaper, other parents
must be struggling too. So we created Little Alpaca. It’s our way to helping other
families while building something good for our own as well.

Because happy babies make happy parents
Our Story
We’re Kenny & Fang, parents to these four little humans who’ve taught us so much
about life, and a whole load about diapers (mostly the hard way). We’ve dealt with
surprise leaks, the helplessness of seeing painful rashes on their delicate skin and
those 3am diaper changes in zombie mode. We know the drill!
Fang’s hands-on experience as an educator in early childhood and infant care meant
she was always around babies and the people who care for them, seeing what keeps
little ones content and what leaves caregivers frustrated. And as parents, we know
firsthand that the right diaper makes all the difference — better sleep, fewer fusses,
and a calmer, happier baby.
Then, we asked ourselves:
Why is it so hard to find a diaper that ticks all the boxes?
So we made one!
